Incorrect Cashback payment or withdrawal –

If you request that we investigate an incorrect Cashback payment or withdrawal we may need to contact the merchant or payment provider concerned. In this instance only information directly required to investigate your query will be shared.

Suspicion of Fraud –

Reward Gateway is very active in combating and preventing fraudulent purchases. If we suspect that purchases on your account may be fraudulent or in contravention of the terms and conditions of service, or if we require further clarification from the merchant, we may need to share with the merchant(s) concerned, and/or the appropriate legal bodies the information that we hold about you.

Employer Access To Data –

Your registration on ICBenefits will be made available to your employer but this information (except in instances of suspected fraud or contravention of the terms and conditions of service) is limited to first and last name and, if relevant, unique identifier (such as your payroll number).

Reward Gateway’s Corporate Group –

We may share your information with other companies within our corporate group.

Successors and Vendors –

We may share your personal information in the event that the business of Reward Gateway is transferred to another entity by way of merger, sale of the company’s assets, or otherwise.
